Purpose of this position 職位設(shè)置目的: The Product Manager PLS (Product Line Simplification) champion is taking ownership for PLS activities within APAC for Automotive and Industry business. Align PLS strategy with Corporate target market managers and define annual PLS plan within APAC countries. 與總部產(chǎn)品管理部門確認產(chǎn)品線簡化戰(zhàn)略，并與亞太地區(qū)各國家制定年度推進計劃。 2. Active and regular communication with Marketing and Sales team to check PLS candidates, ensure all needed products are in PLS plan, make implementation plan for further execution. 定期組織與銷售部與市場部的PLS計劃溝會，結(jié)合內(nèi)部PLS原則與市場需求確定PLS清單，確保PLS清單的準確性，并為下一步的PLS執(zhí)行制定詳細的推進計劃。 3. Ownership for PLS execution including the guidance to the team for PHN cancellation, SGAN codes deactivations, and related SIP projects for proper documentations. 對PLS活動負責，作為項目關(guān)鍵人指導各國家完成PL相關(guān)的內(nèi)部流程。包含PHN的解除，在SAP系統(tǒng)鎖住成品Code，負責起草并完成SIP系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)流程文件。 Requirements 任職要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated in Chemistry, technical engineering or related majors. 大學本科或以上學歷，機械行業(yè)或技術(shù)工程類專業(yè)畢業(yè)為優(yōu)先。 2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, high competent in working with different culture background work styles and different personalities. 流利的英文口語溝通能力及書面商務(wù)溝通能力, 能適應與不同文化背景的工作風格與人員共同協(xié)作。 3.
