Purpose of this position 職位設(shè)置目的:
The Product Manager PLS (Product Line Simplification) champion is taking ownership for PLS activities within APAC for Automotive and Industry business. It includes aligning PLS strategy with Corporate team, implement PLS plans with the Portfolio Product Managers and each country within APAC and follow-up its execution to ensure PLS can be done in time.
負責產(chǎn)品PLS(產(chǎn)品線簡化)的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理,其主要職責是負責汽車與工業(yè)事業(yè)部在亞太地區(qū)的PLS活動。包含與西卡總部產(chǎn)品管理部門確認產(chǎn)品線簡化戰(zhàn)略,與亞太地區(qū)各國家制定年度計劃,并按計劃開展實際簡化流程及業(yè)務(wù),確保每年度產(chǎn)品線簡化成果達到預期計劃。
Main responsibility 主要職責:
1. Align PLS strategy with Corporate target market managers and define annual PLS plan within APAC countries.
與總部產(chǎn)品管理部門確認產(chǎn)品線簡化戰(zhàn)略,并與亞太地區(qū)各國家制定年度推進計劃。
2. Active and regular communication with Marketing and Sales team to check PLS candidates, ensure all needed products are in PLS plan, make implementation plan for further execution.
定期組織與銷售部與市場部的PLS計劃溝會,結(jié)合內(nèi)部PLS原則與市場需求確定PLS清單,確保PLS清單的準確性,并為下一步的PLS執(zhí)行制定詳細的推進計劃。
3. Ownership for PLS execution including the guidance to the team for PHN cancellation, SGAN codes deactivations, and related SIP projects for proper documentations.
對PLS活動負責,作為項目關(guān)鍵人指導各國家完成PL相關(guān)的內(nèi)部流程。包含PHN的解除,在SAP系統(tǒng)鎖住成品Code,負責起草并完成SIP系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)流程文件。
Requirements 任職要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated in Chemistry, technical engineering or related majors.
大學本科或以上學歷,機械行業(yè)或技術(shù)工程類專業(yè)畢業(yè)為優(yōu)先。
2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, high competent in working with different culture background work styles and different personalities.
流利的英文口語溝通能力及書面商務(wù)溝通能力, 能適應與不同文化背景的工作風格與人員共同協(xié)作。
3. Knowledge about adhesive technology or related product ranges.
對于膠粘劑產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)技術(shù)或產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
4. Systematic and logical way of working.
工作方法與思維需要較強的邏輯性,系統(tǒng)化的工作匯報能力。
5. Good at problem solving and constructive solution provider. Highly require an active thinking and proactively suggest good ideas and innovation solutions to the organizations.
以解決問題為主的工作態(tài)度,能提出有建設(shè)性的解決思路和方案。善于思考,敢于提出建議,積極主動為組織提供創(chuàng)新及改進方面的建議。
6. At least three years’ work experience.
3年以上的工作經(jīng)驗。
