汽車零部件汽車研發(fā)/制造化學原料/化學制品
Purpose of this position 職位設置目的:
The Product Manager has the ownership of a certain product range within the Automotive and Industry products and is responsible for the strategic product portfolio planning. This includes managing the product throughout the product life cycle, work closely with internal organizations (R&D, Product engineering, Operations, Sales and other departments) as well as outside market and customers for the topics of new and existing products within APAC region.
汽車與工業(yè)事業(yè)部的產品經理對所管轄的零部件產品擁有管理所有權,負責制定產品組合的戰(zhàn)略以及執(zhí)行計劃。工作內容覆蓋整個產品生命周期,與內部相關部門(研發(fā),項目管理團隊,運營,銷售與市場等)緊密合作按時推進新產品的開發(fā)進度,同時與外部市場與客戶推廣公司的產品與技術。此工作包含整個亞太地區(qū)的不同國家與不同工廠之間的工作交流。
Main responsibility 主要職責:
1. Maintain communication with the market throughout the Asia Pacific region and define the overall product portfolio strategy for the Asia Pacific region based on the identified market opportunities and product needs. Responsible for the PART products, including Baffle, Reinforcer and Damp.
在整個亞太地區(qū)內保持與市場的溝通,根據被識別到的市場機會與產品需求,定義亞太地區(qū)的整體產品組合策略。負責的產品是包含Baffle, Reinforcer與Damp的零部件產品。
2. Following internal PCP process principle, participate in all product-related topics throughout the product life cycle (Feasibility of business case, project kick-off, product development and its milestone approvals, SOP, until to EOP). Product Manager ensures effective input of internal resources to the right projects as a filtering and project verifying role. Define a project plan and implement it in time, realize mass production of the product at target cost together with Project Leader.
根據內部的PCP流程,在整個產品生命周期內(從前期商業(yè)可行性驗證,項目立項,產品開發(fā),項目節(jié)點審核與通過,量產推廣,到產品退市)參與所有與產品有關的話題。產品經理需確保內部資源的有效投入,與項目經理共同制定項目計劃,并推進項目進度,最終實現(xiàn)產品按時按目標成本推進到量產階段。
3. Responsible for product technical documentations. (e.g PDS Product Data Sheet, technical presentations and promotion materials, Product training documents, Product packaging & Labels, etc.) Support internal and external technical inquiries regarding products and process.
對產品的技術文件負責。(例如:PDS產品基本參數(shù)表,產品推廣技術類文件,內外部產品培訓材料等,產品標簽與包裝等),支持公司內部部門與外部客戶對產品的技術提問與解答。
4. Maintain close communication with APAC countries, timely obtain local market needs, identify future technology evolution and technical trends, input to Corporate team and Management to define future overall strategy and product portfolio strategy in APAC region. Keep effective communication with Corporate team and regional teams to ensure actual execution is in sync with group strategy.
與亞太地區(qū)其他國家保持緊密的溝通,及時獲取當?shù)貐^(qū)的市場需求,識別未來產品與技術的趨勢,及時輸入給總部制定未來產品與技術的策略。與總部與地區(qū)國家保持有效的信息溝通,確保實際執(zhí)行與公司整體戰(zhàn)略保持一致。
5. Participate in LET to timely communicate within organization, input information from markets, file documentations.
參加當?shù)貙<覉F隊對于負責的項目進行及時的溝通,信息輸入,文件歸檔。
6. Manage product promotional materials in close collaboration with Product Marketing, ensure product information is up to date and can be used optimally throughout the APAC region.
市場部門推廣新產品新技術時給與從產品端的支持,保證推廣信息的及時性與準確性,確認資料在亞太地區(qū)范圍內的適用性。
7. Provide relevant product and technical trainings to the countries in the APAC Region and make available product in the region available to all countries.
確認產品在亞太地區(qū)的可獲取性,有必要時對亞太地區(qū)相關工廠或人員進行產品培訓。
8. Strong collaboration to Engineering and operation team, provide proposal to help team focus on key business.
與工程和運營團隊緊密合作,提供建議,幫助團隊專注于關鍵業(yè)務。
Requirements 任職要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated in Mechanical, technical engineering or related majors.
大學本科或以上學歷,機械行業(yè)或技術工程類專業(yè)畢業(yè)為優(yōu)先。
2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, high competent in working with different culture background work styles and different personalities.
流利的英文口語溝通能力及書面商務溝通能力, 能適應與不同文化背景的工作風格與人員共同協(xié)作。
3. Knowledge about different kinds of manufacturing process.
對于各類零部件加工工藝熟悉者優(yōu)先。
4. Knowledge about automotive parts products, familiar with automotive IATF certificate, PPAP, APQP process.
從事汽車零部件產品相關業(yè)務,對汽車行業(yè)IATF體系,PPAP, APQP等流程熟悉者優(yōu)先。
5. Systematic and logical way of working.
工作方法與思維需要較強的邏輯性,系統(tǒng)化的工作匯報能力。
6. Good at problem solving and constructive solution provider. Highly require an active thinking and proactively suggest good ideas and innovation solutions to the organizations.
以解決問題為主的工作態(tài)度,能提出有建設性的解決思路和方案。善于思考,敢于提出建議,積極主動為組織提供創(chuàng)新及改進方面的建議。
7. At least three years’ work experience.
3年以上的工作經驗。
