Responsibilities
1. Check all the RFQ information and confirm producibility for RFQ product;
2. Define production process, evaluate assembly time and calculate production and NRE cost;
3. Work with account management to clarify the detail product process with customer;
4. Create final quotation report according to all RFQ requests from customer;
5. Understanding of production cost and ability to identify cost down potential in the production process
6. Update the calculation according to engineering change for products in mass production;
7. Maintain and track the quotations in the available database.
Skills (Qualifications)
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electronic/Mechanical/Engineering or related technical area;
2. At least 3 years experience in Electronic, Industrial Controls, Manufacturing or other related industry, EMS industry is a plus;
3. Familiar with PCBA (SMT, wave soldering machine, etc) / complex mechanical assembly (semiconductor, medical measurement, etc)
4. Familiar production processes, especially manual mechanical assembly, with materials (steel, plastic,);
5. Familiar with MS – Office ( Excel, Word, …), analyze technical drawing, assembly documentation
6. Independent working, pressure taking, team player;
7. Excellent communication and problem solving skill. Working accuracy, motivated
