職責(zé)/Your job:
§ 基于客戶的原理圖、PCB，向客戶提供信號(hào)完整性（SI）和EMC的設(shè)計(jì)、仿真與整改咨詢。Provide professional technical consultancy to customers in signal integrity (SI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the cases may be involved in customer’ schematics/ PCB review, pre-and post-simulation.
§ 在客戶處和形式多樣的專業(yè)電子展會(huì)中，舉辦高水平技術(shù)講座。 Hold high-level technical presentation in diversified world-wide electronic expositions and customer side.
§ 基于公司強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、豐富的材料庫(kù)和工作資源，學(xué)習(xí)并完成高質(zhì)量技術(shù)材料，用于增強(qiáng)客戶交流。Training and develop high quality technical materials
which enhance interaction with customer engineers.
§ 與團(tuán)隊(duì)不同背景的同事相互支持，包括SI/RF/EMC/SMPS.Collaborate with team members with different background in SI/RF/EMC/SMPS.
§ 在區(qū)域內(nèi)，幫助銷售同事贏得客戶工程師信任，促進(jìn)合作。Travels in your territory for customer development with sales colleagues.
專業(yè)和背景要求 ：
Your professional background：
§ 電子電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)位Master degree or above in electrical engineering, and electronics engineering.
§ 開關(guān)電源或高速電路本科6年、碩士4年以上研發(fā)背景， Minimum 6 years for bachelor, and 4 years for master R&D background in switching power, or high speed digital product.
§ 有EMC或SI的實(shí)際開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Research and development experience in EMC or SI areas is a MUST.
§ 掌握一種仿真軟件的應(yīng)用，例如Cadence Allegro SI,
HFSS, Spice. Command software simulation tools such as Cadence Allegro SI, HFSS, Spice.
§ 熟練使用測(cè)量?jī)x器，包括示波器、頻譜儀、TDR和VNA. Familiar with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, TDR, and VNA.
§ 對(duì)電磁場(chǎng)理論有深刻理解，熟悉EMC測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 Solid academic background in electromagnetics,and familiar with global regulatory EMC standards.
§ 英語讀寫熟練，具有聽說的基本能力。Fluent and proficient in English with professional grade in English (Writing / Speaking).
§ 獨(dú)立工作、自我驅(qū)動(dòng)，善于溝通。 Good inter-personal communication skill, independent and self-motivated.
§有駕照。 Possess driving license.

職責(zé)/Your job:

專業(yè)和背景要求 ：
