Responsibilities:
1. Recommending alternative solutions, priorities, systems hardware/software, design changes and improvements.
2. Managing problems to resolution using defined process flow;
3. Implementing changes using defined change management protocol;
4. Performing additional responsibilities as assigned;
5. Configure network devices
6. Device activation and implementation
7. Network Performance Investigation
8. Perform WAN and LAN troubleshooting
9. DHCP/DNS troubleshooting
10. Monitor network devices and circuits
11. Provide circuit utilization reporting
12. Maintain CMDB Inventory in Service-Now

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
1. 5+ years extensive experience / knowledge of R&S, Wireless, Optimization and in load balancing worked in complex environment including various products.
2. Hands on experience on Network monitoring tools, Cisco/Huawei routers, Switches, F5 Load Balancer, Cisco wireless networks. Knowledge on Infoblox DHCP/DNS is an advantage.有思科和華為路由器/交換機/無線的工作經(jīng)驗以及F5負載均衡的工作經(jīng)驗，另外有Infoblox DHCP/DNS經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
3. In depth knowledge of TCP/IP.對TCP/IP有深入的了解，特別是一些常用協(xié)議比如HTTP/DNS等等排錯經(jīng)驗。
4. Cisco ISE Infrastructure configuration and support that include analyze logs to troubleshoot issues and configure wired/wireless 802.1x authentication policies
5. Experience with analysis tools for Netflow, syslog, route tables, and other network telemetry

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise:
1. Cisco CCNP/CCIE wireless/routing and switching a plus。有思科的CCNP/CCIE證書優(yōu)先。
2. Knowledge on automation tools or language like Python/Ansible is a plus.
3. Experience with routing protocols specially EIGRP, OSPF, BGP。有相關(guān)路由動態(tài)協(xié)議配置經(jīng)驗。
