Your key responsibilities:
As TRS Consultant, you will help clients evaluate capital options, capture greater transaction value and achieve strategic objectives – whether they are buying or selling a distressed asset, restructuring a business or dealing with underperformance, or looking to improve cash management.
- Reviewing company’s financial status, preparing pre-liquidation forecast and prognosis of cash flow requirements.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reviews of company’s operations for the intention of securing investors, disposing and recovering of assets.
- Attending to legal proceedings, adjudicating of creditors' claims, investigating into antecedent transactions.
- Involved in day-to-day management of judicial management, receivership, agent for mortgagee-in possession, voluntary and compulsory liquidation engagement.
- Helping client in Corporate Risk Management.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Good professional audit experience, preferably with previous corporate restructuring exposure.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Able to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese, English and Chinese.
