- Directs budgeting, rolling forecast process of business and
performance analysis and ensure timely accurate and high-quality
reporting to local management and group functions.

- Master’s degree in business related subjects or accounting/finance or
similar knowledge through long term rich experience
財(cái)務(wù)或相關(guān)行業(yè)的研究生學(xué)歷，或豐富的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 3 plus years of experience in management position in controlling
3年以上財(cái)務(wù)控制管理崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 3 years related to industries experience
3年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Big multinational or big four experience is preferred
大型國(guó)際企業(yè)及四大經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
- Understanding of IFRS is highly valued. Supervisory experience (AP,
AR, cost accounting, general accounting)
完全理解IFRS ，管理業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（AP，AR，成本會(huì)計(jì)，總賬會(huì)計(jì)）
- SAP in a manufacturing environment is required

- Good English skills in both writing and speaking are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要責(zé)任
- Directs preparation of budgets and forecasts, reviews budget and
forecast proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and
justification.
引領(lǐng)預(yù)算和預(yù)測(cè)工作，回顧預(yù)算和預(yù)測(cè)建議工作，準(zhǔn)備必要的支持文件。
- Provide detailed deviation analysis between Budget /Forecast VS Actual
提供預(yù)算、預(yù)測(cè)與實(shí)際的詳細(xì)差異分析。
- Work with General ledger for cost center, cost object analysis on
monthly, quarterly and annually basis, also involve with consolidation
activities.
按月度，季度，年度從總賬入手對(duì)成本中心，成本對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析，同時(shí)參與合并報(bào)表的工作。
- Support management in achieving their goals. Propose performance
management measures.
幫助管理層達(dá)成目標(biāo)，并建議業(yè)績(jī)管理的有效方法。
- Prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity
and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based
on past, present, and expected operations.
準(zhǔn)備報(bào)告，匯總和制定公司在過(guò)去、現(xiàn)在和未來(lái)的收入、費(fèi)用、利潤(rùn)方面的業(yè)務(wù)行動(dòng)和財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算。
- Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financial
status and progress in its various programs and activities..
提供適時(shí)回顧管理組織財(cái)務(wù)狀況以及各個(gè)項(xiàng)目和活動(dòng)的進(jìn)展。
- Provides monthly manufacturing analysis and recommends continuous cost
improvements. Cost effectiveness and performance analysis.
提供月度制造分析并且提出持續(xù)成本改進(jìn)建議。
- Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax
code revisions.
依據(jù)稅法提出適合的運(yùn)營(yíng)調(diào)整建議。
- Managers assign other temporary work.
上級(jí)經(jīng)理交付的其他臨時(shí)性工作。
