III. Main Job Responsibilities
Product Formula Development：Undertake the optimization and development of existing product formulas. Leverage professional expertise to conduct technical and financial appraisals of innovative concepts and opportunities, thereby validating their feasibility. Support in formulating the project plan, which comprehensively includes project objectives, scope, initial financial targets, and key milestones.
Experimental Data Processing：Be accountable for the meticulous statistics and analysis of relevant technical data throughout the product development process, with the aim of ensuring the data's precision and reliability.
Project Promotion and Team Collaboration：Offer support to the project team in project implementation and proactively provide technical solutions to accomplish the set goals. Facilitate project progression by conducting laboratory experiments and trial production in the pilot plant, gathering data, and interpreting the results. Collaborate closely with the Consumer Science Department to evaluate samples and validate consumer acceptability. Carry out stability studies to guarantee that new products have a sufficient shelf life. Align with stakeholders, maintain seamless communication with team.

Candidates are required to have excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. They should be capable of fluently perusing English - language literature, drafting high - quality English reports, and actively participating in international communication conferences.
