崗位職責(zé):
- 為各類用途創(chuàng)建、管理和產(chǎn)出設(shè)計(jì)解決方案,包括:線上頁面、產(chǎn)品圖片、郵件模板、社交媒體圖片、品牌活動(dòng)、店內(nèi)標(biāo)識(shí)及攝影素材。
- 設(shè)置、管理和更新產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容,包括圖片、文字、產(chǎn)品信息、促銷活動(dòng)和視頻。
- 運(yùn)用數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)工具進(jìn)行數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì),并使用前端開發(fā)技能(如HTML、CSS和JavaScript)將數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為圖形界面。
- 設(shè)計(jì)并創(chuàng)建原型和效果圖。
- 準(zhǔn)備并更新各平臺(tái)上的每日設(shè)計(jì)更新及相關(guān)落地頁。
- 組織和管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)資產(chǎn)及創(chuàng)意素材庫(kù)。
- 對(duì)現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)站/圖形進(jìn)行必要的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。
- 協(xié)助定期更新,并生成關(guān)于電商數(shù)字營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)效果與效率的追蹤和衡量報(bào)告。
- 主動(dòng)持續(xù)監(jiān)控多個(gè)平臺(tái),確保信息準(zhǔn)確、內(nèi)容及時(shí)更新且頁面無錯(cuò)誤。
- 確保設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容符合版權(quán)及隱私法規(guī)。
- 執(zhí)行并報(bào)告針對(duì)電商系統(tǒng)更新及相關(guān)任務(wù)的多平臺(tái)測(cè)試。
- 持續(xù)了解最新的數(shù)字、電商最佳實(shí)踐,應(yīng)用程序、私域渠道業(yè)務(wù)及消費(fèi)者趨勢(shì)。
- 向電商網(wǎng)站經(jīng)理匯報(bào)部門相關(guān)問題。
- 在必要時(shí)協(xié)助部門其他工作。
經(jīng)驗(yàn)與技能:
- 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
- 至少2年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擔(dān)任平面設(shè)計(jì)助理并承擔(dān)內(nèi)容維護(hù)職責(zé)。
- 具備Adobe Creative Suite軟件的知識(shí)和實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 深刻理解品牌、營(yíng)銷設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)、排版,并具備良好的細(xì)節(jié)洞察力。
- 能夠進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性思考并提出新概念。
- 具備電子商務(wù)、圖形內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)、SEO、基礎(chǔ)HTML、CSS、網(wǎng)站分析、微信小程序或多渠道業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的知識(shí)。
- 出色的問題解決、執(zhí)行、分析和量化能力。
- 良好的組織能力,能夠整合多方來源的材料并在緊迫的截止期限內(nèi)完成圖形設(shè)計(jì)。
- 能夠在快節(jié)奏、不斷變化的環(huán)境中獨(dú)立安排工作優(yōu)先級(jí)、按時(shí)完成任務(wù)。

Description of position:
As eCommerce Graphic Specialist you will be responsible for preparing, designing and maintaining graphic banners, landing pages, emails and ecommerce design creative support using the Costco Branding and Design guidelines. You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and modifying images and UI/UX for the Costco eCommerce platforms. You will have strong creativity and technical skills to produce digital graphics coupled with relevant experience working in a similar role. You will be working closely with other departments to ensure quality images are produced whilst upholding Costco’s high standards and corporate identity. You will have a keen eye for detail and uphold a professional approach to time and deadlines. Reporting to Web Manager, the Graphic Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of China eCommerce activities on multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
● Create, manage, and produce design solutions for a variety of uses including: online pages, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, in-store signage and photography.
● Set up, manage and update product content inc. images, text, product information, promotions and videos.
● Using digital design and development tools to create digital designs and use front-end development skills to convert data to a graphical interface, such as through HTML, CSS, and Java script.
● Design and create prototypes and mock-ups
● Prepare and refresh daily design updates and related landing pages on platforms
● Organize and manage the web assets and creative libraries
● Making necessary improvements to existing web/graphics
● Contribute to provide regular updates and generate reports on tracking and measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of eCommerce digital marketing activities.
● Continually monitor the multi-platforms in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current and pages are free of errors.
● Ensure design content complies with copyright and privacy regulations.
● Execute and report on multi-platforms tests for eCom system updates and related tasks.
● Maintain up-to-date understanding of digital, eCommerce best practices, App, private domain channel business and consumer trends.
● Report department issues to the eCommerce Web Manager.
● Assist in other areas of the department as necessary.
Experience and Skills:
● University Degree or above
● At least 2 years of related work experience as a graphics assistant with content maintenance responsibilities required
● Knowledge and hands on experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
● A strong grasp of branding, marketing design details, typography and a good eye for details
● Ability to think creatively and deliver new concepts
● Knowledge in eCommerce, graphic content management systems, SEO, basic html, CSS, web analytics, Wechat mini program or omni-channel business operation experience
● Strong troubleshooting, execution, analytical and quantitative skills
● Good organizational skills to collate material from multiple sources and produce graphics within tight deadlines
● Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
● Detail-oriented, responsible, logical, studious, hands on, and able to learn & prioritize
● A good team player who is able to work with diversified internal and external stakeholders on conflicting metrics and expectations
● Proficiency in business English preferred
