JOB PURPOSE
?Perform the plant financial governance activities and manage controlling tasks in accordance with Corporate Standards.
?As business partner, contribute to overall success of Yantai AO organization especially for upcoming plant relocation and new plant take-off.
?Provide value-added insights and advice to stakeholders proactively.
YOUR ROLE AND INDIVIDUALLY TASKS (TIME IN %)
?Monitor and track operation/supply chain financial performance, e.g. cost component fluctuation triggered by plant/production line transfer, transportation and warehouse cost deviation etc. (25%)
?Ensure clean, reasonable and fair financial reflections of all plant operational activities, e.g. fixed assets moving, dismantling and refurbishment, OpEx/CapEx spending and execution, inventory subledger movement etc. (35%)
?Cost analysis supporting for 2 plants dual run, including full processing cost comparison, vertical data trend tracking, provide in-depth analysis, give suggestions for the areas to be improved. (25%)
?Feasible analysis of various operational/business cases, support management decision making. (15%)
YOUR SKILLS
?3-5 years’ working experience in manufacturing and supply chain controlling
?Bachelor or above on Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business related.
?Proficient users of Microsoft Office&SAP, knowledge of Query, Power BI, VBA would be preferred.
?Fluent oral and written English.
?Be able to clearly/effectively communicate with stakeholders and other relevant functions.
?Strategic thinking and agility, highly self-motivated and initiative.
?Have whole picture mindset with continuous improvement.
