Main Responsibilities
? Corporate accounting: Manage monthly reporting of fund management company and a portfolio of GP / SLP entities, including the preparation of journal entries, management accounts and consolidation.
? Fund accounting: Work with fund administrators to review management accounts of fund entities, management fee calculations, capital account statement, capital call and distribution notices
? Payment process: Collate invoices from investment team and vendors for monthly payment process – including preparation of payment listing, setting up payments in bank portal for approval
? Billing process: Prepare / review and issue billing advice to borrowers, maintain collection report and follow up for overdue payments
? Collaborate with tax agent and auditor for tax filing and annual audit.
? Perform and support ad-hoc project for management

Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics. CA / CPA qualifications would be an advantage
? At least 3 years of relevant experience from PE/VC fund house, Big4 firm or fund administrator
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? 商科、會計、經(jīng)濟學本科及以上學歷，具有 CA / CPA 資格者優(yōu)先。
? 至少 3 年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，背景包括 PE/VC 基金管理公司、四大會計師事務所或基金行政管理人。
? 中英文流利。
