? Ensure early identification, validation, and detailed analysis of new quality issues, customer studies, warranty trends, benchmarking performance; provide patterns and trends of quality data for prediction.
? Quality related works including but not limited to topic following-up, topic master list maintenance.
? Provide regular statistical reports/management presentations (fluent in English) of product quality to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications and data governance strategies, support management take decisions based on the facts and trends.

? Plan, execute, and monitor Projects/Sprints from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery meet its quality standards and complete within deadline.
? Utilize Jira for task tracking, Sprint planning and agile works. Ensure the project transparency and efficiency.
? Maintain project documentation, workflows, and knowledge sharing in Confluence.
? Coordinate with suppliers, managing deliverables.
? Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams (development, aftersales, …)
? Able to handle the multiple tasks in the project.

Qualifications
? Bachelor (or above) in automobile, mechanics, electrics/ electronics, data analytic related majors;
? Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills;
? High level of Excel functions (VBA) and massive data processing technic, familiar with database, Power BI and Tableau;
? Excellent in making presentations and reporting;
? Familiar with automotive business process and environment.
? Automobile industry experience 3-5 Years;
? Quality management experience 3-5 Years;
? Product owner or project experience 1-3 Years;
? International business environment working experience 1-3 Years;
? BMW working experience preferred.
? Fluent spoken and written English;
? Personality of proactive, reliable, self-motivated and regulated.
