Responsibilities · Maintain or coordinate data/record for supplier quality activities, incl. not limited to product/supplier qualifications and registration data, environment control data, DHR, supplier change request, etc. · As point of contact respond or coordinate response to data/questionnaire request from various end e.g. RA, Global Trade, Distribution Quality with timely manner and accuracy · Support data analysis/reporting and establish mechanism, e.g. product/supplier qualification projects, SCRs, key quality metrics, etc.

• Review and drive improvement for process above under responsibilities oriented by value-added in efficiency and quality compliance.
• Other assignment assisting supplier quality group e.g. administrative support for team event like training activities, ad-hoc supplier on-site check, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in functions e.g. quality, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain in healthcare industry
• Basic knowledge of quality management system

· Skilled in Data analysis /reporting with tools e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other statistic analysis method · English as working language, verbal and written · Quick learner, and highly motivated to grow · Effective communicator & collaborator

• Organized and resourceful with excellent attention to detail and ability to execute on assigned task
• Proficiency in multi-tasking and working in a high-paced, matrixed environment
• Ability to lead and coordinate with different parties to drive for high quality result delivery
