Work on design changes from quality improvement, localization, 2nd source and cost reduction 4. Work closely with the testing team to do the verification and qualification 5. Support the production department to setup manufacturing, assembling, and testing 6. Maintain the products through the lifecycle, including the troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 7. Support on the global components and products Qualifications and Experience: 1. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical automation 2. Minimum 3-year experience in the mechanical design (the experience in mechanical transmission is preferable) 3. Excellent written and oral English 4. Advanced experience and skills in CAD tools (the experience in NX UG is preferable) 5. Knowledge in GD&T and tolerance analysis 6. Advanced Knowledge in DFMEA, DOE, and FEA is preferable 7. Experience in an international working experience is preferable
