職責：
1.Be responsible for assisting in the daily catering operation and services delivery. To oversee the food safety and quality to meet the school standards and governmental requests; maintain and consolidate the students/parents/faculty/staff communication; supervise the on-site catering team performance, etc…
2.Be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance operation and services delivery. To oversee the hygiene quality to meet the standards; to interpret the governmental requests timely and apply to the school daily operation with the contractor (particularly in the epidemic prevention); supervising the team performance. etc…
3.Overseeing the daily cleaning supply and monthly consumable.
4.Assisting in supervising the school furniture purchase, communication, and the inventory.
5.The school office property management.
6.Overseeing the consumable expense in the supervising areas.
7.Coordinating in school events/activities organization and set‐up.
8.Assisting in dealing with local authorities and other agencies on matters affecting school building facilities.
9.Assisting and reporting to the school services officer while monitoring the school daily’s operation timely, as well as special activities during non-school days.
10.Other duties assigned by supervisor.
要求：
1.At least 2 years’ customer services, office property and logistic experience, preferably in catering services.
2.Ability to liaise effectively and efficiently with internal and external school community.
3.Excellent in organizational skills.
4.Excellent time management and multi-task ability.
5.Bilingual language skills in English and Chinese is a MUST.
6.Highly responsible and pro-active person that could work with high-standard and in attention to details.
7.Good common sense.
8.To have a friendly, approachable, and resilient attitude to work.
9.Works well under pressure and to deadlines/targets.
