職位描述
Responsibilities:
1、Investigate customer complaint cases, organize
relevant internal departments to analyze root causes, and track improvement
actions to closure. Provide 8D reports according to customer timelines.
2、Regularly summarize client-side quality
performance and lessons learned to continuously improve the quality of factory
shipments.
3、Coordinate with customers during audits,
consolidate factory resources, and prepare materials required for customer
audits.
4、Monitor leading quality indicators, provide
early warnings to the factory, organize internal layer audits to identify risks
and implement improvements in advance, and periodically summarize findings.
5、Internalize and implement customer
requirements, and drive quality-focused improvement projects.
Requirements:
1、German nationality preferred; Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering-related fields such as Electronics,
Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automation,
Mathematics, Statistics, or other related disciplines.
2、Familiar with quality control tools such as
SPC, CP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, etc., and understanding of IATF16949, VDA6.3, or other
relevant automotive industry requirements.
3、Experience in factory-related roles;
experience in panel manufacturing or the automotive industry is preferred.
4、Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with
strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5、Positive work attitude, clear and logical
thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
6、High level of responsibility, ability to adapt
to occasional overtime, self-motivated, and capable of handling work pressure.
