1. Be in contact with the homeroom teacher all the time, you must know where is the other one to be aware of the kid’s safety and be more effective and productive in your work together. 2. Don’t disappear, just let each other know where you are, keep in mind you are each other eyes and ears. 3. Be on time in the classroom, if you have something to do or any problem just let each other know. 4. Be clear with your needs, wants and expectations. be open to any change. 5. Check the students’ school bags every day at the beginning of the day and help them to pack at the end of the day. 6. Support following/lead the kids to other lessons, canteen, activities, ASA, you must follow them every time. 7. Support picking up the kids from the breaks, indoor and outdoor playtime, raining days, library, bus, etc. 8. Support to keep the classroom organize. 9. If you have new ideas to move or redecorate something, please let the homeroom teacher know. 10. Please, everyday: o Check the colors and the pencils to sharpen them. o Remind the Ai/TA to clean the dust and the carpets and tide up the classroom. o If you notice that something is broken or need to be fix, please let the coordinator know and help to get help as soon as you can. 11. Collaborate closely with the Homeroom Teacher to plan, implement, and assess learning experiences in your Mandarin lessons. Providing targeted support and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students. 12. Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor playtime, avoiding phone interruptions. 13. Maintain a high level of spoken and written English proficiency to support student language acquisition. 14. Participate in team planning meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the learning program 15. Attend professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
