Back office Manager (Finance, Accounting & Administration) Location: Pudong, Shanghai Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week About Us: Wiha Tools is a globally renowned and internationally successful hand tool brand headquartered in Germany. Since 2006, we have been providing premium tools and solutions to our customers in China. At our sales office in Shanghai, we are dedicated to continuing this legacy with high standards of professionalism and excellence. We are currently looking for a Back office Manager to join our team in Shanghai and play a crucial role in supporting our operations with expertise in finance, accounting, and general administration. Responsibilities: Finance, Accounting, and Controlling (80%): 1. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies. 2. Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances to support strategic decision-making. 3. Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. 4. Auditing & Compliance: Collaborate with external auditors, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and implement best practices in financial management. 5. ERP System Management: Use ERP systems to manage financial data, streamline processes, and ensure transparency in reporting. General Administration & HR Duties (20%): 1. Office Management: Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the Shanghai office. 2. HR Coordination: Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee documentation, and compliance with local labor laws. 3. Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. 2. Professional Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or controlling. - Prior experience in administrative and HR roles is preferred. 3. Language Skills: - Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. - Applications must be submitted in English. 4. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel (advanced knowledge preferred). - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage. 5. Soft Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Compensation Package: Annual Salary Range: 260,000 to 300,000 RMB, based on qualifications and experience. What We Offer: 1.
