職位描述:Job Description:
1.潛在合作客戶拓展、接洽及項(xiàng)目談判,并負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)BD項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)、管理;Identify and engage potential cooperative clients, conduct project negotiations, and oversee the progress and management of BD projects.
2.制定業(yè)務(wù)推廣計(jì)劃,并策劃業(yè)務(wù)推廣方案、項(xiàng)目洽談和客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)工作。Develop business promotion plans, strategize business promotion initiatives, and manage project discussions and client communications.
3. 根據(jù)公司需要,與同行、客戶搭建戰(zhàn)略合作;積極開發(fā)新客戶,不斷尋求新的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì);Establish strategic partnerships with industry peers and clients as per company requirements; actively develop new clients and continuously seek new business opportunities.
4. 策劃參與行業(yè)展會(huì),開發(fā)客戶資源,轉(zhuǎn)化商機(jī)促成訂單;Plan and participate in industry exhibitions to develop client resources, convert business opportunities, and secure orders.
5. 收集行業(yè)信息,為研發(fā)技術(shù)部或業(yè)務(wù)決策提供有效建議;Collect industry information and provide effective recommendations for the R&D technical department or business decision-making.
6. 關(guān)注市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完成各類分析報(bào)告。Monitor market trends and industry standards, and complete various analytical reports.
任職資格:Qualifications:
1.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)藥、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;Bachelor Degree above, major in pharmaceutical, business and marketing are preferred;
2.5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),外資公司市場(chǎng)銷售&產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;Over 5 years related working experiences, multi company Sales & MKT background is preferred;
3.良好的溝通、學(xué)習(xí)及語言表達(dá)能力及較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;Excellent communication, fast learning and language, strong organization and coordination ability;
4.有高度的責(zé)任心和良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神; Highly responsibility sense and good team-worker sprits;
5.心理素質(zhì)佳,勇于迎接挑戰(zhàn);Ability to work under pressure, and willing to meet challenges;
6.必須具備優(yōu)異的英文讀、說、聽、寫;Excellent English skills;
7. 能適應(yīng)2周每月的出差。Ability to travel a lot, 2 weeks per month on average.
8.熟練使用Office等辦公軟件;Familiar to office software;
