崗位職責(zé): 1. 與上級(jí)共同制定負(fù)責(zé)拓展市場(chǎng)及客戶的年度銷售目標(biāo),并對(duì)目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況負(fù)責(zé)。 2. 與技術(shù)支持和應(yīng)用團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,為工業(yè)加工設(shè)施提供絕熱與聲學(xué)解決方案。 3. 與技術(shù)/安裝團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù):現(xiàn)場(chǎng)能耗/聲學(xué)測(cè)量、組織樣品制作、安裝示范與檢查等。 4. 篩查工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的不同拓展市場(chǎng),挖掘客戶痛點(diǎn),為阿樂斯的解決方案創(chuàng)造新機(jī)會(huì)。 5. 在目標(biāo)拓展市場(chǎng)中開發(fā)和管理新客戶,提交解決方案建議,進(jìn)行定期的技術(shù)和商務(wù)溝通,完成報(bào)價(jià)和合同談判,并負(fù)責(zé)回款。 6. 維護(hù)與現(xiàn)有合作方的關(guān)系,挖掘新項(xiàng)目機(jī)會(huì)并獲取潛在客戶信息。 7. 開發(fā)和管理能夠提供服務(wù)的經(jīng)銷商,與直接客戶(如運(yùn)營(yíng)商/承包商/安裝商)建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系。 8. 在項(xiàng)目的全周期中,與客戶服務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈和技術(shù)支持團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值鏈的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),包括從潛在客戶的開發(fā)到交付。 9. 定期與主要設(shè)計(jì)公司及工程總承包商舉辦技術(shù)研討會(huì),以確保為阿樂斯提供符合要求的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 10. 使用 Salesforce 記錄和跟蹤項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)。 任職要求: 1. 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有通用工業(yè)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 2. 具有優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目管理能力,具備關(guān)鍵客戶管理技能。 3. 熟悉項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作流程,善于管理關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系。 4. 具備基本的解決方案安裝知識(shí),以及能耗/聲學(xué)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量知識(shí)優(yōu)先。 5. 普通話流利,具備英語(yǔ)能力者優(yōu)先。 6. 能夠適應(yīng)出差,以及項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)短期駐留。 7. 積極主動(dòng),熱衷于發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決客戶痛點(diǎn)。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Work together with supervisor to set up annual sales target for responsible segments/customers and being accountable for delivering target. 2. Work closely with technical support to offer thermal & acoustic solutions for industrial processing facilities. 3. Work closely with technical/installation team to offer site services: site energy/acoustic measurement, organize mock-ups, installation demonstration, and inspection, etc. 4. Screen different segments in industry to identify customer's pain points & create new opportunities for Armacell's solutions. 5. Develop & manage new accounts in target segments, present solutions proposals, have regular technical & commercial communication, make quotation & negotiate contract, be responsible for payment collection. 6. Maintain contacts with existing stakeholders, in order to identify new potential projects and generate leads. 7. Develop & manage distributors who can provide service, establish long-term relationships with direct customers, e.g., operators/contractors/installers. 8. Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain & Technical Support Team throughout full cycle of projects. As the project leader, follow up projects through each step of the value chain from lead generation to delivery. 9. Launch frequent technical seminars with key design houses & EPCM to ensure favorable design specifications for Armacell. 10. Use Salesforce.com to record & trace project activities. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the general industry sector. 2. Excellent project management skills and key account management skills. 3. Familiar with project workflow and managing relationships with key stakeholders. 4. Basic installation knowledge for solutions, energy/acoustic site measurement skills are a plus. 5. Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus. 6. Willingness for travel and potential short-term stationing at project sites. 7. Proactive and passionate about identifying customer pain points and offering solutions.
