SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience): · MS in an engineering or science discipline · 7+ years of relevant experience · Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable · Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes · Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams, interacting with a broad range of functions, skills, cultures, and personalities · Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background is essential · Good English skill · Experience with Microsoft Office suite required · Experience with Oracle, Agile, and MS Project desirable · Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills · Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills
