Job Responsibility
Management & Finance Reporting
? Review monthly cost centers to ensure accurate capturing of costs and revenues.
? Prepare management reports to analyze budget-to-actual variances.
Business Planning & Analysis
? Collaborate with corporate FP&A team to develop the annual business plan and forecast.
? Upload into financial system
China Regional Support
? Prepare monthly regional financial report and charts.
? Coordinate with group FP&A team to develop profitability analysis by project by group.
? Prepare quarterly benchmark analysis with key customers/suppliers.
Ad hoc and other projects
? Analyze data and provide insights for specific business cases.
? Prepare management presentations when required
? Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and Education
- Professional Accounting Designation including a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Experience
- 8-10 years’ experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting firm and 5 years' experience in FP&A role with an international company and/or automotive company

Job Role Competence
- Solid accounting knowledge and business analysis skill
- Headquarters costing analysis experience is preferred
- Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity

IT/Language
- Excellent written and oral language skills in both Chinese and English.
