4. Ensure the best customer experience through collaboration with other departments.

5. Maintain a good store image as well as professional personal image.

6. Provide feedback and suggestions to the managers on customer service strategies.

1. College degree is required
大專及以上學(xué)歷
2. Prior experience in customer service within a related industry is preferred.

3. Creative thinking, passion for fashion, high fashion sense and sensitivity.
擁有創(chuàng)造性思維,熱愛時(shí)尚,具備高級時(shí)尚審美與敏銳度。
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers.
出色的溝通與人際交往能力,能夠與客戶建立良好關(guān)系
5. Possess sales skills and analytical abilities to analyse market trends and customer needs, driving service optimization through data insights.
