AxureVisio產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃原型設(shè)計產(chǎn)品設(shè)計計算機軟件
崗位職責:
1. 對接公司業(yè)務(wù)部門和產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理(美國),獨立主導(dǎo)信息系統(tǒng)需求的收集,澄清,整理,分析,撰寫及全生命周期管理;
2. 負責識別業(yè)務(wù)痛點并提供完整的產(chǎn)品解決方案,原型圖,產(chǎn)品路線圖;
3. 主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品需求討論會議,解決方案討論,產(chǎn)品的演示與宣講,能夠在存在分歧時推動達成決策;
4. 對接其他產(chǎn)品和開發(fā)團隊(印度)進行需求的溝通,闡述和管理,持續(xù)跟進需求落地情況,確保交付的內(nèi)容與用戶的需求一致;
5. 協(xié)助開發(fā)團隊進行解決方案的技術(shù)分析;
6. 了解敏捷開發(fā)方法論,并能運用在實際日常工作中, 持續(xù)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品與研發(fā)協(xié)作流程;
1. Work closely with internal business stakeholders and the Product Manager (US), independently leading the end-to-end lifecycle of information system requirements, including requirement collection, clarification, organization, analysis, documentation, and ongoing lifecycle management.
2. Identify business pain points and deliver comprehensive product solutions, including solution proposals, prototypes, and product roadmaps.
3. Lead product requirement discussions, solution review sessions, and product demonstrations; drive alignment and decision-making when disagreements arise.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional product and development teams (India) to communicate, articulate, and manage requirements; continuously track requirement implementation to ensure delivered outcomes align with user needs.
5. Partner with the development team to support technical analysis and evaluation of proposed solutions.
6. Have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and apply them in daily work; continuously optimize collaboration processes between product and engineering teams.

3. 有完整項目經(jīng)歷,參與并推動過從需求定義到產(chǎn)品上線交付的全過程。
4. 具備良好的溝通能力,能夠準確理解業(yè)務(wù)需求。
5. 能獨立完成業(yè)務(wù)分析、痛點識別、解決方案制定、需求分析與拆解,以及需求優(yōu)先級判斷。
6. 能撰寫高質(zhì)量、可落地的 PRD / User Stories,不僅停留在功能描述層面,能夠有效控制需求蔓延,確保需求符合用戶的真實需要。
7. 具備 Web 應(yīng)用架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、接口/API 及系統(tǒng)集成等方面的基礎(chǔ)知識。
8. 優(yōu)秀的英語讀寫聽說能力,能夠使用英語與美國產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理及印度開發(fā)團隊進行日常工作溝通。
9. 較強的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和良好的團隊協(xié)作精神,能夠積極推動決策與落地,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,并高效地與多個部門協(xié)作。
10. 有較強的責任心,能承受工作壓力, 在多任務(wù)和不確定性環(huán)境中保持判斷力。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in information systems, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
3. Proven experience delivering full-cycle projects, with hands-on involvement from requirement definition through product launch and delivery.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to accurately understand business requirements.
5. Ability to independently conduct business analysis, identify pain points, define solution approaches, perform requirement analysis and decomposition, and determine requirement priorities.
6. Ability to produce high-quality, implementation-ready PRDs and User Stories that go beyond feature descriptions, effectively control scope creep, and ensure requirements address real user needs.
7. Solid foundational knowledge of web application architecture, databases, APIs/interfaces, and system integrations.
8. Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively in English with US-based Product Managers and India-based development teams.
9. Demonstrated leadership and strong teamwork skills, with the ability to proactively drive decision-making and execution; results-oriented and able to collaborate efficiently across multiple departments.
10. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, able to work under pressure and maintain sound judgment in multi-tasking and uncertain environments.
