Responsibilities 職責(zé)：

- Single contact for plants concerning quality of purchased parts, Fast and efficient problem solving in complaint-management and guiding taskforce at supplier and escalation management after release.
- Responsible for Claim Management of incoming inspection and production line.負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)及生產(chǎn)線供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題投訴及處理.
- Analysis Supplier quality problem and driving supplier quality improvement.分析處理供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題并主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商改進(jìn)活動(dòng).
- Supplier quality 8D report management.供應(yīng)商8D報(bào)告管理.
- Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling.
- Initial Sample inspection and measurement plan.初始樣件檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃及測(cè)量安排。
- Initial sample inspection reports management.初始樣件檢驗(yàn)及報(bào)告管理。
- Responsible for risk-oriented incoming inspection
- Supplier parts incoming inspection plan definition and management.供應(yīng)商零件進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃定義及管理.
- Monitoring data for incoming inspection and inform supplier for limitation alarming and process adjust.監(jiān)控進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，如有極限問題及時(shí)通知供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行調(diào)整.
- Reimbursement of defect costs in coordination with commercial purchasing and claims management
- Cost data due to supplier quality issue collection calculation with related departments.與相關(guān)部門一起對(duì)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題引起的成本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集和計(jì)算.
- Cost charge back from supplier site on time.及時(shí)將供應(yīng)商問題造成的質(zhì)量損失索賠.
- Other works the manager arranged.
- Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.
- 機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
- Minimum 3 years working experience in supplier quality management in Europe or America company in automobile industry.
- 3年以上歐美汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, 8D and MSA, etc..
- 熟悉質(zhì)量控制工具SPC,FMEA,8D,MSA等及應(yīng)用。
- Thorough understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, etc.)
- 理解并掌握質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016)
- Able to read the technical drawing.
- 能夠讀懂技術(shù)圖紙。
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
- 良好的英文書寫和溝通能力。
- Good communication skill and team spirit, and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
- 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)，能夠很好地推動(dòng)工作流程和體系的改善。
