3.遵循標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試流程，開展變頻器及軟啟動(dòng)器產(chǎn)品的硬件測試驗(yàn)證，涵蓋機(jī)械測試、安規(guī)測試、環(huán)境測試、電磁兼容測試及可靠性測試等項(xiàng)目。
4.配合完成實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常運(yùn)維工作。
5.根據(jù)需求開發(fā)測試工裝。（加分項(xiàng)）。
任職要求
1.機(jī)械工程、機(jī)電一體化或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷。
2.具備 1 年及以上測試領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.熟練使用 SolidWorks 等三維繪圖軟件。
4.有機(jī)器人相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
5.具備結(jié)構(gòu)化思維能力和較強(qiáng)的問題解決能力。
6.擁有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能與團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作。
7.具備良好的英語讀寫溝通能力。
8.工作積極主動(dòng)，能夠融入項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)開展工作。
Main Responsibilities
?Responsible for robot prototype verification and validation during robot development phase, including but not limited to mechanical test, system integration test.
?Responsible for the validation of the lifetime of the mechanical parts, analyze reliability of the robot, especially the key components including motor, gear, bearing, sealing, cablings etc. Analyze their performance comparing the lifetime, failure mode, etc.
?Follow standard test procedures to perform drive and soft starter product HW V&V test, including Mechanical test, Safety tests, Climatic tests, EMC tests, and reliability test….
?Support lab daily work
?Develop test tooling depending on the requirements. (nice to have)
Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical or related field
?1+ Year experience in test domain.
?Familiar with 3D drawing tool like SolidWorks or similarly tools.
?Experience in robot is a plus.
?Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
?Teamwork spirit, collaboration with team.
?Good read and written English communication skill.
?Self-motivated and able to work in a project team.
