主要負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)以及現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的維護(hù)。以下是這個(gè)職位的主要職責(zé)： ? 為母線相關(guān)產(chǎn)品提供機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)2D/3D設(shè)計(jì)布局及設(shè)計(jì)方案，制作樣品 ? 確保能夠根據(jù)每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)階段的要求提供相應(yīng)合格的交付物 ? 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)完整的新產(chǎn)品 ? 跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證，并解決其中出現(xiàn)的問題 ? 持續(xù)改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和降低成本 候選人應(yīng)符合以下幾點(diǎn)要求： ? 統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或機(jī)電專業(yè)； ? 至少有2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) ? 有大型公司或外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉大型公司研發(fā)流程 ? 精通creo/proe，具備公差鏈分析能力； ? 熟悉常見金屬材料（銅、鐵、鋁）屬性及加工工藝； ? 熟悉金屬材料表面處理方式； ? 熟悉常見塑料材料（熱塑）特性及加工工藝； ? 具備完整電氣類產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
