資格 1） 較強的溝通能力：該職位要求與認(rèn)證、工業(yè)化、驗證、工廠內(nèi)部以及外部供應(yīng)商（EMS工廠等）密切合作。 2） 數(shù)字/模擬。 ?豐富的數(shù)字/模擬硬件設(shè)計功能調(diào)試，具有較強的電路設(shè)計和電路分析能力，能夠進行電路設(shè)計和分析； ?解決EMC/EMI相關(guān)問題的經(jīng)驗； ?熟練使用Cadence等EDA軟件； ?熟悉PCB工藝設(shè)計要求和PCB布線規(guī)則，能給出layout指導(dǎo)和建議； ?熟練掌握焊接元件、操作示波器、邏輯分析儀、信號發(fā)生器等方面的實驗室技能。 3） 必須是一個有上進心的團隊成員和強烈的主人翁意識。 4） 電氣工程學(xué)士（至少），至少3-4年的硬件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，板帶經(jīng)驗。
