Job Summary
The candidate will be helping to maintain landlord and tenant databases. In particular, the candidate will be required to assist in developing business strategies for the department.

Responsibilities
? Keep abreast of property market transactions and update stock information regularly
? Undertake analysis for property transactions and market intelligence
? Manage and maintain landlord and tenant database
? Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis
? Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations and marketing materials

Person Specification
? Degree holder in any discipline
? Experience in property industry
? At least 1-year experience in research / marketing / managing and using databases
? Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactive, well-organized and attentive to detail
? Able to work under tight deadlines
? Degree holder in any discipline
? Experience in property industry
? At least 1-year experience in research / marketing / managing and using databases
