RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical & Project solution development: Developing the winning or potential solution for ASUs, including early customer engagement (with Group affiliates, with third parties)
Communication: Be the single point of contact for either Group affiliates or E&C Sales for the assigned prospect, and lead the coordination of all relevant parties to achieve solution development KPIs. Provide and receive insight and guidance to/from other E&C centers (in particular E&C China) in support of local APAC project development and to facilitate handovers to the proposal and/or project teams.
Business Model Estimation: developing the detailed value proposition for customers and benchmarking / designing the price structure to support AL E&C & LI/IM sales strategy
Train, Coach & Consult AL E&C regional colleagues, APAC sales forces and local LI BD in ASU technologies and related AL E&C offerings
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor Degree (Chemical, Process, or related)
Discipline: Solution Development / Sales & Technology / Business Development
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in the area of process / plant engineering, covering at least one or more of the following areas: innovation & development, solution and proposal development, process studies, project execution; ASU related process experience is required;Business development (technical related) experience a plus
Language: English (fluent or native proficiency) / Chinese or French is a plus
