Elaborate and maintain frame agreements for the responsible category. Be involved during project proposal phase for assigned category. Support and involve project category purchase including keeping project purchase strategy in PPP align with Global Category Manager/Director and implementation Develop commercial bid analysis under total cost of ownership (TCO) consideration. Purchase lead items or other equipment/material as assigned by line manager To actively participate to the evaluation process of all the suppliers of assigned category.

University undergraduate or above, Business Administration and/ or - for law, engineering or equivalent, Management Degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ Global Sourcing will be additional advantage; 3 years or 5 years or more for Senior Category Buyer of Procurement and Supplier management experience is required (multinational EPC company and/or chemical industry preferred); Good knowledge in strategic and project procurement in order to conduct category management and procurement activities within the dedicated procurement category. Familiar with chemical processes and related equipment, and domestic and foreign equipment procurement related work experience; Good negotiation, communication skills and team-working ability/spirit; Fluent in English, good computer skills; Have good creativity and clear thinking-way.
