?職位描述:
1.Outlets management, incl. showcase decoration management, showcase location choose, promoters recuritment, training & management
銷售門店的管理,包括:門店布置的管理、門店位置的選擇、促銷員的招聘、培訓和管理
2.Customers management, incl. regular customer contact and visit, products introduction to customers, orders negotiation, balance reconciliation etc.
客戶管理,包括定期的客戶拜訪、溝通,產品的介紹、訂單的溝通等工作?
3.Search new customers & expand dealership in responsible area
在自己負責區(qū)域尋找新客戶,與現(xiàn)有客戶維護良好的關系
4.Implement promotion activities defined by headquarter & Sales Region, plan and implement localized sales promotion activities
執(zhí)行區(qū)域銷售辦事處或總部制定的促銷活動,規(guī)劃并執(zhí)行本地的促銷活動方案
5.Track the target accomplishment status, and find relevant measures to accomplish the target
跟蹤目標的完成進度,根據銷售指標的完成情況,制定相應措施
6.Other activities, e.g. handling complaints of end-consumers…
其他事宜處理,例如:消費者抱怨處理…?
Job Profile:
職位要求:
1.本科及以上學歷,家電行業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor's degree or above, home appliance industry is preferred;
2.良好的溝通技能和銷售技巧;
Good communication, marketing and sales skills;
3.基本的數(shù)據分析能力和培訓能力;
Basic command of data analysis and training skills;
4.能接受出差及省內工作地調動。
Acceptable for business trips or work location transfer within province.
