Position Description A successful candidate will assist project manager to look for potential suppliers information based on our client’s technical inquiry, assist in communication between suppliers and clients during project negotiation, and assist manager to coordinate multiple projects of various sizes through the entire project life cycle. Assist in preparing the project schedule and all required project planning documents ? Assist in drafting/modifying technical offer and commercial offer with supplier for project bidding ? Assist to prepare different project bidding documents ? Assist project manager in coordinating related project personnel during project life cycle Basic Requirement ? Willingness to work independently and own project tasks ? Undergraduate degree (English Major) ? Proficient in English (written and spoken). ENGLISH LEVEL 8 is preferred ? Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability ? Knowledge or working experience in international trading would be an asset ? Strong commitment to professional client service excellence ? Excellent work ethic, team player, fast-learner and fast-adapter ? Good communication skills ? Familiar with Petrochemical industry and technical terminology is preferred Other Requirement ?
