【RESPONSIBILITIES】職責:
1. Lead End-to-End NPD and PRO: Manage the entire new product development process for all categories, manage all procurement deliverables within New Product Development, from early sourcing input and cost estimation to final product costing.主導端到端新品開發(fā)與采購流程:管理全品類新品開發(fā)流程,統(tǒng)籌新品開發(fā)中的采購交付物(從早期尋源、成本預(yù)估到最終產(chǎn)品成本核算)。
2. Primary Project Liaison: Act as the key contact for Oriflame stakeholders, providing single-point project status updates and building strong relationships.核心項目聯(lián)絡(luò)人:作為Oriflame利益相關(guān)方的單一對接窗口,提供項目狀態(tài)更新并建立強韌關(guān)系。
3. Drive Planning & Communication: Develop detailed project plans/timelines, lead cross-functional meetings (including Gates), distribute minutes, and ensure all teams track progress accurately.推動計劃與溝通:制定詳細項目計劃/時間線,主導跨部門會議(含階段評審),分發(fā)會議紀要,確保團隊準確跟蹤進度;
4. Monitor Progress & Mitigate Risk: Track project advancement, identify critical issues, coordinate contingency plans with cross-functional teams, and report on pipelines/risks to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain agile and resilient supply for assigned categories by building a reliable supplier network to meet required service levels.監(jiān)控進展與風險應(yīng)對:追蹤項目推進,識別關(guān)鍵問題,協(xié)同跨部門制定應(yīng)急計劃,匯報新品上市風險以確保按時交付。通過構(gòu)建可靠供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)維持指定品類的敏捷彈性供應(yīng);
5. Lead Sourcing & Cost Optimization: Secure cost-effective sourcing solutions for new products through independent cross-functional collaboration (FG, Packaging, RM) and manage supplier negotiations/RFQs within assigned categories.主導尋源與成本優(yōu)化:通過跨部門協(xié)作(成 品、包裝、原料)獲取高性價比新品解決方案,管理指定品類的供應(yīng)商談判。
6. Drive Value & Supplier Performance: Achieve agreed value multiplier targets, continuously evaluate the supplier base for performance and relationships, and identify cost-efficient product options.驅(qū)動價值與供應(yīng)商績效:達成價值優(yōu)化目標,持續(xù)評估供應(yīng)商績效與關(guān)系,識別降本方案;
7. Manage Processes & Systems: Ensure compliance with NPD and procurement processes, utilize required tools (e.g., Ariba, IFS) for daily activities (RFQs, costing, awards, contracts), manage category tooling/CAPEX input, and track cost savings/avoidance.流程與系統(tǒng)管理:確保符合NPD與采購流程,熟練使用工具(如Ariba、IFS)處理RFQ、成本、合同等,管理品類模具/CAPEX投入,跟蹤成本支出;
8. Reporting management: Build monthly requested reports including but not limited to projects pipelines, highlighting potential risks etc.報告管理:按月提交項目管理報告,重點標注潛在風險等。
【QUALIFICATIONS】要求:
1. Bachelor degree in business (or equivalent degree),He/she should be fluent in English采購或項目管理相關(guān)學士學位(或同等學歷),需具備流利英語能力
2. At least 5 years work experience within purchasing and 2- 3 years of projects management with cross-functional teams gained within a FMCG environment and ideally in cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry (an international / multi-cultural environment) 5年以上采購經(jīng)驗,2-3年跨職能團隊項目管理,需快消品行業(yè)背景 (化妝品/制藥行業(yè)經(jīng)驗或國際多元文化環(huán)境經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先)
3. Experience in project planning and scheduling, especially critical path analysis and high proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project smartsheet or others project management software.精通項目計劃與關(guān)鍵路徑分析,熟練使用。Microsoft Project、Smartsheet等項目管理軟件。
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills熟練使用Microsoft Office(精通Excel/PPT)
