Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all
aspects of import and
export orders & samples

Prepare and process import and
export documentation
·
Work closely with agents and
cross-functional team to coordinate timely shipping and delivery of goods
·
Tracking shipments, updating
stakeholders on cargo status
·
Resolve all issues and
complaints related to import and
export
·
Monitor, arrange and record the
payment of freight, export fee, and duty charges
·
Assist in import and export
qualification and registration applications
·
Update relevant SOP for import
and export
·
Manage ocean freight, sales
projection & reports
·
Support other team members and
projects when needed

主要職責(zé)：
· 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口訂單及樣品的全流程協(xié)調(diào)與管理
· 準(zhǔn)備并處理進(jìn)出口相關(guān)單據(jù)
· 與貨代及跨部門團隊緊密協(xié)作，確保貨物及時發(fā)運與交付
· 跟蹤貨物運輸進(jìn)度，及時向相關(guān)方更新狀態(tài)
· 解決所有與進(jìn)出口相關(guān)的各類問題及投訴
· 監(jiān)控、安排并記錄運費、出口費用及關(guān)稅的支付
· 協(xié)助辦理進(jìn)出口資質(zhì)及注冊申請
· 更新進(jìn)出口相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程（SOP）
· 管理海運物流、銷售預(yù)測及相關(guān)報告
· 在需要時為團隊成員及其他項目提供支持


Qualifications

·
Bachelor’s degree or above
·
At least 2 years’ experience as
an Export-Import Specialist or similar role, frozen food industry preferred
·
Strong problem-solving and
negotiation skills
·
Fluency in English both for
oral and written skill, CET-6
·
Excellent organizational and
time-management skills
·
Good knowledge of import and
export laws and regulations
·
Familiarity with shipping
procedures and documents
·
Technical proficiency with SAP,
and standard office software
·
Ability to work effectively
under pressure and meet tight deadlines due to the fast-paced nature of
international trade
·

本科或以上學(xué)歷
· 2年以上進(jìn)出口專員或相關(guān)崗位經(jīng)驗，有冷凍食品行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先
· 具備出色的解決問題能力與談判技巧
·
英語聽說讀寫流利
· 優(yōu)秀的組織協(xié)調(diào)與時間管理能力
· 熟悉進(jìn)出口相關(guān)法律法規(guī)
·
了解 shipping 流程及單證要求
· 熟練使用 SAP 系統(tǒng)及常用辦公軟件
· 能夠在快節(jié)奏的國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境中承受壓力，高效工作并按時完成任務(wù)
