KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作責(zé)任
? Responsible for opening up negotiations, cooperation and follow-up operations for online stores.
? Efficient completion of the company's sales and operation tasks.
? Responsible for the daily management and operation of online stores.
? Responsible for the management of the field team, work arrangement and assessment; according to the store operation indicators, develop and implement the store operation plan, to complete the store sales indicators;
? Analyze and grasp various types of customer needs, optimize and adjust the website according to customer needs, formulate promotion programs and be responsible for implementation, evaluate the promotion effect, and analyze the data of shop and product visits and conversion rate.
? Track and evaluate the promotion effect, and submit statistical analysis report forms of the promotion effect, promptly put forward marketing improvement measures, give practical improvement plans, control the promotion cost, and strive to maximize ROI;
? Responsible for new business as like JD and Tmall
EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCIES 經(jīng)驗要求/能力要求
? 本科以上學(xué)歷
? 電商平臺或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗5年以上.
? 熟悉互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及電商平臺的發(fā)展趨勢和運營模式
? 強烈的創(chuàng)新意識,有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)成功項目案例
? 良好的計劃制定和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能獨立開展項目
? 良好的電商平臺人脈及合作經(jīng)歷
? 優(yōu)秀的內(nèi)外部溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力
? 能適應(yīng)加班及出差
