Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CFT team to manage new material supplier qualification and routine audits, focusing on supplier quality systems and material quality control;
Work with suppliers to monitor raw material quality control and quality tool application, driving continuous improvement initiatives;
Track MRB/defective inventory materials and claims processing, monitoring supplier SCARs and corrective actions;
As a CFT team member, follow up on material qualification requirements and coordinate issue resolution.
Qualify non-standard materials against customer drawings, documentation and supplier PPAPs;
Proficiently operate 2.5D, 3D and other measuring equipment, training team members based on GD&T knowledge;
Project ECN follow-up;
Maintain routing records and prepare regular reports under personal responsibility (defect/MRB and claim tracking, supplier audit reports, supplier SPI records).
Requirements:
College diploma or higher qualification.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (5Why, 8D, fishbone diagrams, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of quality systems (ISO9001, 14001, 13485 and IATF16949).
Strong written English communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of non-standard materials (plastics, sheet metals) and qualified materials based on customer drawings, documentation, and supplier PPAPs.
Skilled in operating 2.5D, 3D, LCR, and other measuring equipment, with ability to train team members.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, highly responsible, and possessing strong teamwork skills.
Demonstrated expertise in effectively applying root cause analysis, 5 Whys, FMEA, cause-and-effect diagrams, 8D, fault tree analysis, and other methodologies to implement effective corrective actions.
