崗位設(shè)立的目的及目標(biāo) / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Freight & Logistics indirect material, projects and monitor purchasing activities so that the goods, materials, supplies, and services the organization buys meet its standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
主要職責(zé) / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Engaged with stakeholders, work together with users and cross-function teams for Logistics and warehouse related projects, clearly define purpose, execute the project timely and ensure the result meet expectation.
- Lead and define the Logistics & Warehouse category Strategy (long term & short term), execution, and category management in Greater China, support Global Category to cover Asia. Ensure the regional/country strategies are aligned with Global Strategy.
- Develop the market intelligence on supply base monitor the key events (natural disasters, force majeure etc)
- Collaborate with Global Purchasing team and executing the agreed global category strategy and initiatives.
- Act as a link between Local and global category Area.
- Focus on the total spend and the entire supply chain cost to archive the best cost structure.
- Identify and realize cost saving opportunities, manage saving pipeline in relevant category
- Lead the supplier negotiations, supplier management, contract management etc.
- Continuously optimize purchasing processes, procedures etc
- Derives purchasing KPI- savings, payment terms, CSR/ESG etc.
- Ensure the alignment of supply base competencies and the company’s technology needs under the scope of the responsibilities.

【任職要求】
知識(shí)、語言和經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Freight & Logistics purchasing, prefer covering APAC region, prefer in healthcare area.
- Experience in a matrix organization
- Exposure to multi-cultural working environment
- Good agility to coordinate and manage purchasing activities.
- Mature communication skillset, strong influencing, Teamwork, fast learning
- Command of both Mandarin and English
