崗位概述 Position Summary
1，負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、技能的執(zhí)行與推廣，協(xié)助完成新的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)體系文件轉(zhuǎn)移與實(shí)施； Responsible for the implementation and promotion of existing production technologies and skills, assist in the transfer and implementation of new production technologies and production system documents;
2，負(fù)責(zé)建立生產(chǎn)班組團(tuán)隊(duì)，并負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員完成技能培訓(xùn)，生產(chǎn)文檔準(zhǔn)備，完成樣品、及正常產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)；Responsible for the establishment of production team, the completion of skills training for team members, the preparation of production documents, and the completion of production tasks of samples and normal products;
3，正式投產(chǎn)后，帶領(lǐng)各自班組以成材率，人工效率，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量為主要目標(biāo)，進(jìn)行日常量產(chǎn)工作。After the formal production, lead each team to carry out daily mass production with the material rate, labor efficiency and product quality as the main goals.
崗位職責(zé) Responsibility
1，負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、技能的執(zhí)行與推廣，包括開機(jī)操作、產(chǎn)品清洗、質(zhì)檢等技能，并參與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程體系文件的起草、維護(hù)； Responsible for the implementation and promotion of existing production technologies and skills, including boot operation, product cleaning, quality inspection and other skills, and participate in the drafting and maintenance of existing standard operation process system documents;
2，學(xué)習(xí)國外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程體系文件，如WI、MPI、Check list 等，并參與制定本地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程體系文件，完成生產(chǎn)體系文件轉(zhuǎn)移； Learned foreign standard operating process system documents, such as WI, MPI, Check list, etc., participated in the formulation of local standard operating process system documents, and completed the transfer of production system documents;
3，負(fù)責(zé)建立生產(chǎn)班組，制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，并負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)員工的培訓(xùn)、技能水平認(rèn)證和上崗考核；Responsible for the establishment of production teams, the formulation of training plans, and the training, skill level certification and job assessment of production employees;
4，參與制定、溝通、執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理規(guī)定、考核指標(biāo)和方案，協(xié)助主管完成生產(chǎn)員工年度績效評估，并及時(shí)反饋生產(chǎn)員工技能矩陣和完成技能水平認(rèn)證； Participate in the formulation, communication and implementation of the management regulations, assessment indicators and programs of the production team, assist the supervisor to complete the annual performance evaluation of the production staff, and timely feedback the skills matrix of the production staff and complete the skill level certification;
5，執(zhí)行相關(guān)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試及驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃，執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)工藝驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃，并協(xié)助完成生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)工藝的驗(yàn)證報(bào)告； Execute the installation, debugging and verification plan of related production equipment, execute the production process verification plan, and assist in the completion of the verification report of production equipment and production process;
6，參與制定并執(zhí)行樣品試生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，協(xié)助產(chǎn)品順利通過注冊，并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)量產(chǎn)目標(biāo)； Participated in the formulation and implementation of sample trial production plan, assisted the products to successfully pass the registration and finally achieve the mass production target;
7，參與制定生產(chǎn)員工安全培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，貫徹落實(shí)公司安全生產(chǎn)法規(guī)要求，達(dá)成Near miss, LTFR, SVR, LCDR等相關(guān)指標(biāo)，培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)安全生產(chǎn)意識； Participated in the formulation of production staff safety training plan, implemented the company's safety production regulations and requirements, achieved Near miss, LTFR, SVR, LCDR and other related indicators, and cultivated the team's awareness of production safety;
8，協(xié)助生產(chǎn)主管組織生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)活動，傳達(dá)公司質(zhì)量方針，維護(hù)公司管理文化，增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力； Assisted the production supervisor in organizing the team building activities of the production team, communicated the company's quality policy, maintained the company's management culture, and enhanced the team cohesion;
9，參與生產(chǎn)人員數(shù)量、工時(shí)、生產(chǎn)物料及能源的定期統(tǒng)計(jì)和預(yù)算，協(xié)助生產(chǎn)主管帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成公司EHS相關(guān)指標(biāo)； Participated in the regular statistics and budget of the number of production personnel, working hours, production materials and energy, assisted the production supervisor to lead the team to achieve the company's EHS related indicators;
10，發(fā)現(xiàn)并及時(shí)、主動匯報(bào)具有缺陷或潛在缺陷的產(chǎn)品、半成品以及原物料；Identify and proactively report defective or potential defective products, semi-finished products and raw materials in a timely manner.
任職資格 Qualification
中專及以上 Technical secondary school and above
2年以上開機(jī)操作、質(zhì)檢、培訓(xùn)員或領(lǐng)班等相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)At least 2 years working experience in power-on operation, quality control, trainer or shilf leader
具有生產(chǎn)管理、潔凈間管理、人員培訓(xùn)及6S持續(xù)改善和精益改善等經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先Experience in production management, clean room management, personnel training, 6S continuous improvement and lean improvement is
preferred
熟悉生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)，如MES或SAP優(yōu)先Familiar with production management system, such as MES or SAP is preferred
了解電腦的基本操作Understand basic computer operations
善于溝通、性格開朗，具有良好的學(xué)習(xí)和表達(dá)能力，能迅速掌握生產(chǎn)相關(guān)知識；
Good at communication, cheerful personality, good learning and expression skills, and able to quickly grasp production related knowledge.
能夠適應(yīng)短期國外學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)，具有基本的英語能力和學(xué)習(xí)意向者優(yōu)先；
Be able to short-term overseas learning training, with basic English ability and learning intention is preferred;
能夠在團(tuán)隊(duì)合作中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，具備能與各層級員工交流的良好的溝通技巧; 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、計(jì)劃、溝通與協(xié)調(diào)管理能力優(yōu)先;
