Major responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
1. Assists HR with organizing new staff welcome and orientation, such as schedule, transportation, accommodation, etc.
協(xié)助人力資源部組織新員工迎接及培訓(xùn),例如日程安排，交通，住宿等等。
2. Assists HR with organizing various social events team building activities.
協(xié)助人力資源部組織各類(lèi)社交活動(dòng)和團(tuán)建活動(dòng)。
3. Updates all HR-related data and information system
更新人力資源數(shù)據(jù)和信息系統(tǒng)
4. Helps other HR colleagues about compensation and benefits
協(xié)助其他人力資源同事關(guān)于薪資福利工作
5. Assist to provide support to expatriate teachers visa application
協(xié)助支持外籍教師簽證申請(qǐng)工作
6. Other tasks assigned by Manager
經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作
Qualifications required 資格要求
1. University/college students majoring in English or management
英語(yǔ)或管理專(zhuān)業(yè)的大學(xué)生
2. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese/English
良好的中英文溝通能力(閱讀和寫(xiě)作)
3.Patient, initiative and good team player
有耐心，積極主動(dòng)，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
4.Computer literacy: Word & Excel
計(jì)算機(jī)能力: Word 和 Excel
5.Working time: Work four to five days a week, or during the summer vacation
工作時(shí)間：每周工作 4 到 5 天，或在暑假期間

Beijing City International School 北京樂(lè)成國(guó)際學(xué)校SCHOOL PROFILEBeijing City International School(BCIS) was opened in August 2005 to provide an international education for the expatriate community in Beijing and, uniquely, for the children of internationally-minded Chinese nationals. The vision of the founders sees BCIS as a bridge between East and West. BCIS is a private, not-for-profit, coeducational day school.Enrollment currently stands at 750 students. There are over 50 nationalities enrolled. The school has an open admissions policy for students who can benefit from its programme. Students must either be fluent in the English language or willing to develop fluency through the school’s ESOL(English for Speakers of Other Languages) programme.The school comprises of three sections: an Early Childhood Center(Toddler through Kindergarten) and an Elementary School(G1 through Grade 5) and an Secondary School(Grades 6 through 12), each of which is headed by a Principal who reports to the Head of School. There are approximately 100 teachers representing 13 nationalities.BCIS is an IB World School. The school is authorized to teach the IB Primary Years Programme(PYP), Middle Years Programme(MYP), and Diploma Programme(DP). BCIS is a member of the Council of International Schools(CIS), the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools(ACAMIS), and the International Schools Athletic Conference Beijing/Tianjin(ISAC).
