Main Responsibilities (主要職責)
1. Follow up on graduate registrations and introduce alumni programs to graduating students.
2. Assist with alumni database management and data updates.
3. Support the Annual Homecoming program, including:
·Social media promotion (Instagram).
·Registration coordination and management.
·Event logistics and on-site support, including purchasing and reimbursement processes.
·Post-event follow-up and reporting.
Qualifications Required (任職條件)
1. Strong communication skills;
2. fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
4. experience in design or video editing is a plus;
5. Accountable and detail-oriented
6. Open-minded and eager to learn
Start date: Between March 23 and March 27, 2026
End date: June 24, 2026
Availability: Minimum of four working days per week
Leave policy: Any leave requests should be submitted at least one week in advance.
