This exciting role offers opportunity to:
  • Manage the technical review meeting in new product development process, lead experts to recognize the design risk, shorten the TTM and saving the cost; 管理新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的技術(shù)評(píng)審會(huì)議，帶領(lǐng)專家識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，縮短TTM，節(jié)約成本；
  • Evaluate DFSS tool application in NPD and drive the toop application effective and quality improvement; 評(píng)估DFSS工具在NPD中的應(yīng)用，并推動(dòng)toop應(yīng)用的有效性和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)；
  • Grasp the international/GB standard content, grasp the design guide and test guide requirements, monitor the new trend and make sure product can fully comply the standard; 掌握國際/GB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)容，掌握設(shè)計(jì)指南和測(cè)試指南要求，監(jiān)控新趨勢(shì)，確保產(chǎn)品完全符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
  • Plan improvement proposal to improve design quality through acknowledge the application environment, lesson learned etc.; 通過了解應(yīng)用環(huán)境、經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)等，制定改進(jìn)方案，提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量；
  • Analyze application environment. Assess validation method to improve process and tools; 分析應(yīng)用環(huán)境。評(píng)估驗(yàn)證方法，以改進(jìn)流程和工具；
  • Approval design verification and validation report during the product development stages; 批準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證和確認(rèn)報(bào)告；
  • Requires the ability to Identify quality issues which could negatively impact program deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective action; 需要能夠識(shí)別可能對(duì)項(xiàng)目交付成果產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響的質(zhì)量問題，并采取適當(dāng)?shù)募m正措施；
  • Analyze the design and validate process, perfect the design process and test method suitable and feasible. 分析設(shè)計(jì)和驗(yàn)證過程，完善適合可行的設(shè)計(jì)程序和測(cè)試方法。
Requirement:
  • Bachelor in Electrical related expertise；電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位
  • 5 years experiences in hardware design engineer, system engineer, design quality control engineer; 5年硬件設(shè)計(jì)工程師、系統(tǒng)工程師、設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量控制工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
  • Experience with New product introductions at global contract manufactures；有在全球推出新產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
  • Technical background, experience in engineering for power products preferred；技術(shù)背景，有電力產(chǎn)品工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
  • Effective oral and written communication skills；有效的口頭和書面溝通技巧；
