Job descriptions:
1.
As the expert of IH specialized field, provide professional technical standard and guidance in IH filed on Corporate level;
2. Lead IH cross-site daily work, prepare the annual working plan and monitor the execution, e.g., set and review SOP etc.
3. Provide professional technical consulting and detailed technical solutions for each site;
4. Participate in setting and executing annual internal audit plan for each site, improve and enhance IH management performance continuously;
5. Take lead (or participate in) the communication with client on IH technical part;
6. Participate in EHS, PSCI, ISO audit by important clients and 3rd party Inspection Institution to each site (including the preparation work before
audit);
7. Discover and develop IH technical field talents.


Major requirements
1. Master degree with major in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Hygiene, Labor Hygiene etc.
2. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH);
3. 5 years above practical experience in IH in Pharmaceutical MNC (or consultingcompany), have deep understanding of active pharmaceutical ingredient control, drug dust hazards, can identify the drug hazards from clinical stage;
4. Fluent in verbal and written English;
5. Good communication and presentation skill.
工業(yè)衛(wèi)生專家
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 作為工業(yè)衛(wèi)生專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的專家，在公司層面提供專業(yè)的工業(yè)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與指導(dǎo)；
2. 牽頭跨工廠工業(yè)衛(wèi)生日常工作，制定年度工作計(jì)劃并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行，例如制定和評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程等；
3. 為各工廠提供專業(yè)技術(shù)咨詢和詳細(xì)的技術(shù)解決方案；
4. 參與制定和執(zhí)行各工廠年度內(nèi)部審計(jì)計(jì)劃，持續(xù)改進(jìn)和提升工業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理績效；
5. 主導(dǎo)（或參與）與客戶在工業(yè)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)方面的溝通；
6. 參與重要客戶及第三方機(jī)構(gòu)對各工廠的EHS、PSCI、ISO審計(jì)（包括審計(jì)前的準(zhǔn)備工作）；
7. 發(fā)掘和培養(yǎng)工業(yè)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)領(lǐng)域人才。
任職資格：
1. 工業(yè)衛(wèi)生、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生、勞動(dòng)衛(wèi)生等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷；
2. 持有認(rèn)證工業(yè)衛(wèi)生師（CIH）資格；
3. 在跨國制藥公司（或咨詢公司）擁有5年以上工業(yè)衛(wèi)生實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，深刻理解活性藥物成分控制、藥物粉塵危害，能夠識別從臨床階段開始的藥物危害；
4. 英語口語和書面表達(dá)流利；
5. 具備良好的溝通和演講技巧。
