Principle activities：
1. Act as contact person (e.g. for the parts for which he/she is responsible in the plant, for audits,etc.) Lead/train/support employees in his/her area of responsibility

5. Assure the provision of supplier-related data
6. Manage complaints (to suppliers, quality and logistics complaints, etc.) and coordinate relevant activities(e.g. supplier activities, etc.)including problem analysis, communication, blocking procedures and defect correction processes
7. Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation
8. Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations(e.g. for supplier development,etc.)
9. Support and advise external sorting and rework companies
10. Develop and improve activities(e.g. supplier activities, with regard to capability / function / quality, in cooperation with departments, etc.) based on guidelines, specific standards and requirements
11. Monitor operations in the materials receiving inspection process, and timely handling of testing / inspection requests
12. Make decisions on accepting/rejecting materials
13. Monitor complaint costs
14. Responsible for EHS management of the department, identification of environment aspect and hazard source,
15. Taking actions to correct / prevent / review them.
Job requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree in science and engineering
2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in automotive quality management or equivalent
3. Capability of using inspection tools
4. Knowledge of standard relevant quality tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP etc.)
5. EDP knowledge (Microsoft office etc.)
6. Analytical skills
7. Teamwork skills, confident and reliable
8. Enhanced written and spoken English language, German language of advantage
