1. Participate in ERP system strategy, solution optimization, and lead ongoing operations.
參與公司EPR 系統(tǒng)策略制定，方案優(yōu)化及主導(dǎo)持續(xù)化運行
2. Work with departments (Finance, Supply Chain, warehouse, Sales) for gathering requirements, prioritize needs, analyze and map current working processes, define ERP-enabled solutions.
與各部門（財務(wù)、采購、物流、銷售）合作，收集需求，確定需求的優(yōu)先級，分析和繪制當前的工作流程，確定ERP 的解決方案。
3. Oversee ERP-related projects from conception to delivery, track development progress, coordinate testing (UAT), and ensure on-time delivery with meet the quality
全面負責(zé)ERP相關(guān)項目，從概念設(shè)計到交付，跟蹤開發(fā)進度，協(xié)調(diào)測試（用戶驗收測試），并確保按時交付且符合質(zhì)量要求
4. System daily maintenance and support, monitor system activities, interfaces and batch jobs etc., troubleshooting, and follow-up resolution to ensure stable system operation
系統(tǒng)日常維護和支持：監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)活動、接口和批處理作業(yè)等，進行故障排除，并跟進解決問題，以確保系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行
5. End-User Support & Training
終端用戶支持和培訓(xùn)
6. Manage relationships with external vendors or implementation partners as needed.
管理外部供應(yīng)商或?qū)嵤┖献骰锇榈南到y(tǒng)相關(guān)對接工作
7. Other tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree and above, major in computer science, business analysis etc.,
本科及以上學(xué)歷，計算機科學(xué)、信息管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 5 years + working experience
5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
3. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system functionalities and integration
對公司業(yè)務(wù)流程、ERP系統(tǒng)功能及集成有深入的了解
4. Familiar with maintenance and supporting of ERP systems: SAP, Kingdee ERP,e-commerce Wangdiantong/Jushuitan etc.
熟悉主流ERP系統(tǒng)運維工作 : SAP、金智CRM、釘釘系統(tǒng)、電商等
5. Fluent in English language
英文流利
6. Team player, Good Communication skills, Adaptable, Proactive and Resilient
