Maintain a good cooperative relationship and do a good job in
product launch, promotion, order management and other work.

Supervise daily operations (including product prices, store
data, promotional activities, etc.), be capable of independently analyzing the
advantages and characteristics of various channels, organize and plan product
promotions, conduct regular effect evaluations, and carry out subsequent plans
and implementations.
監(jiān)管日常運(yùn)作(包括產(chǎn)品價(jià)格,店鋪數(shù)據(jù),活動(dòng)促銷等),能獨(dú)立分析各大渠道的優(yōu)勢(shì)和 特點(diǎn),組織和策劃產(chǎn)品推廣,定期進(jìn)行效果評(píng)估,后續(xù)計(jì)劃和實(shí)施。

Analyze the characteristics of the channels, optimize the
acquisition of product traffic, increase product conversion rates and sales,
and improve the hotel's ranking and reviews on various channels.
分析渠道特性,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品流量獲取,提高產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化率和銷售額,優(yōu)化酒店在各渠道上的排名、點(diǎn)評(píng)。

Statistically analyze product sales data to provide data
support for channel operation and product development; Based on usage habits,
experiences, and reasonable product demands, a series of comprehensive overall
product operation plans should be formulated.
統(tǒng)計(jì)分析產(chǎn)品銷售數(shù)據(jù),為渠道運(yùn)營(yíng)和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持;使用習(xí)慣、體驗(yàn)、提出合理的產(chǎn)品需求,制定一系列完善的產(chǎn)品整體運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)劃。

Develop detailed work plans, achieve performance targets, and
write work reports regularly.
制定詳細(xì)工作計(jì)劃,完成業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo),定期撰寫工作報(bào)告。

Responsible distribution channels management, include
OTA/WHL/TA. Achieving sales objectives for regional or property.
負(fù)責(zé)渠道管理工作,包括在線預(yù)訂網(wǎng)站,批發(fā)商及旅行社。并達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)。

Establish and maintain good relationships to increase sales
revenue.
建立并維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系以增加銷售額。

Responsible for new channels development to increase sales
revenue.
負(fù)責(zé)新渠道開發(fā)工作,并提高其產(chǎn)量。

Good communicate with each property/region to increase sales
revenue. To work out the dynamic BAR rate and promotion calendar with regional
OTA Manager, RDOSM and revenue manager together.
與各物業(yè)各區(qū)域保持良好的溝通,并與區(qū)域銷售經(jīng)理,市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān),收益經(jīng)理共同制定相應(yīng)的門市價(jià)及促銷計(jì)劃。

Organize channel system and extranet training for regional
OTA Manager.
對(duì)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行渠道系統(tǒng)及后臺(tái)培訓(xùn)。
Requirements 資質(zhì)要求
·
Familiar with the operation rules and key points of hotel
OTA, having a strong understanding of the tourism industry and OTA, and
possessing independent insights and analytical capabilities.
熟悉酒店 OTA運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)則及要點(diǎn),對(duì)于旅游行業(yè)與 OTA具有較強(qiáng)了解并具有獨(dú)立的見解與分析能力。

Bachelor degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking,
reading and writing English abilities
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,流利的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力。
·
More than 5 years hotel / service apartment sales experience.
5 年以上酒店/服務(wù)公寓銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
·
Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry
out internal / external communications.
良好的人際溝通能力,能有效地進(jìn)行內(nèi)/外部溝通。
·
Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities.
較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神、組織及策劃能力。
·
Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, Powerpoint, PMS and OTA extranet
System.
熟悉EXCEL, WORD, Powerpoint, PMS and OTA extranet系統(tǒng)。
