1.Drawing exchange and product recommendation according to customers’ requirement.
圖紙轉化，根據(jù)客戶要求推薦解決方案。
2.Technical support to sales all over China to deal with fastener application.
技術支持中國區(qū)域內的銷售人員處理相關緊固件產品的應用問題。
3.To improve the technical ability of sales team.
提高銷售團隊的技術能力。
4.Technical support quality department deal with our products quality issue about products application.
支持質量部門處理我公司產品在客戶應用中的質量問題。
5.Frequently visit customers with sales to support and do technical seminar and introduce our company products & relate fastener application knowledge at customer design center.?
定期與銷售人員拜訪客戶, 支持銷售端開發(fā)客戶，在客戶的研發(fā)中心組織技術研討會，介紹我公司的產品及相關緊固件的應用知識。
6.Follow up customer new project of fasteners, onsite technical support including parameter optimization for customer fastener solution.?
跟蹤客戶新項目中相關緊固件的事宜，現(xiàn)場技術支持客戶有關緊固件的優(yōu)化解決方案。
7.In cooperation with Quality department for lab tests of related fastener applications in Laboratory.
在質量部門的協(xié)助下做相關緊固件應用的實驗。
8.Give technical advice to the customers.
為客戶做出技術建議。
9.File management according to company workflow.
根據(jù)工作流程進行相關文件整理歸檔。
10.Good expression, good personality, make the customer know our parts.
性格開朗，良好的表達能力，使客戶理解產品的應用。
11.Promote brand awareness of Boellhoff in the responsible area.
維護并擴大博爾豪夫品牌影響力。
12.Other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上級安排的其他工作。

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/個人能力描述
1.College graduated above. Major in Engineering.
大專以上學歷。工科專業(yè)。
2.Minimum 3 years engineering experience, a technical background particularly in the fastenings and joining parts or relevant components.
至少3 年以上的緊固件及連接件或相關產品的工程技術經(jīng)驗。
3.Be familiar with the process of fastenings.
熟悉緊固件及連接件的生產工藝。
4.Strong skills of coordination and communication.
良好的合作及溝通能力。
5.Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability.
有較強的自主性和自學能力。
6.Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application, especially AutoCAD and Creo.
較強的英語聽說讀寫能力，熟練掌握計算機操作，尤其是AutoCAD和Creo.
7.Willing to travel for business and trained in foreign country.
能適應出差以及國外培訓。
8.Teamwork spirit.
