Assist application for the payment from Company ; 2, Site subcontractor process cost control, progress payment evlation; 3, Company, subcontractors change claims management, cost estimation for change orders; 4. Collected, classified and sorted out project execution cost data, and project overall cost estimation; 5. Comprehensive management of project control department, including internal control, comprehensive system, risk, management of business analysis report, etc. Qualification: Overseas work experience and English as working language; More than 5 years working experience in cost control of petroleum and chemical engineering projects; Professional knowledge of project cost control, familiar with the cost composition of project quantity quotation list; Good command of English, able to communicate with owners and subcontractors without barriers
