Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Hunting:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients within key industrial sectors (e.g., Heavy Machinery, Energy, Infrastructure) through strategic hunting activities.

  • Build a robust pipeline from scratch, managing the entire sales cycle from initial cold contact to successful deal closure.

  • Develop and nurture a cold lead database, systematically moving prospects through the sales funnel.

2. Sales Execution & Deal Management:

  • Prepare, manage, and present timely and competitive quotations tailored to client needs and project specifics.

3.Relationship & Account Management:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience in the logistics project sector, with a strong hunter mentality.

  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.

  • Proficiency in using a CRM to manage pipelines and track performance.
