職位概要： Job Summary
會計部顧問主要負責協(xié)助外商投資企業(yè)的設立以及其正常經營情況下的會計記賬，報稅及其它特定項目的會計及稅務工作。
主要職責：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
● 為外商投資企業(yè)提供關于會計方面的咨詢服務，包括但不限于：
Provide FIEs with various accounting-related services including but not limited to:
○ 對于中華人民共和國所適用的企業(yè)會計準則的遵守
Ensure compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes and
rules of accounting
○ 按照國家會計制度的規(guī)定，記帳、算帳、報帳
Make bookkeeping, accounting and reporting in accordance with applicable
accounting regulations of P.R.C.
○ 妥善保管客戶會計憑證、帳簿、報表等檔案資料
Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other
documents of the clients
○ 協(xié)助客戶完善內部資金管理, 正確解答客戶相關財務管理咨詢
Assist the customers to improve internal capital / fund management, provide
proper consultancy related to financial management of the clients
○ 定期分析檢查賬務數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時準確解決
Regular analysis and checking of accounting data, identifying and settling
problems in a timely and accurate manner
● 稅務服務及咨詢
Provide services and advisory relating to taxation
○ 為客戶及時編制及申報納稅業(yè)務，如：個人所得稅，增值稅，企業(yè)所得稅等
Prepare and submit tax returns in time on behalf of the clients such as Individual Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.
○ 負責對財務工作有關的外部及政府部門，如稅務局、財政局、銀行、會計事務所等聯(lián)絡、溝通工作
Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and
other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office,
banks and CPA firms

Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to ad-hoc projects
for clients

技能Skills

· 熟悉中國會計準則，及中國的稅法知識
Excellent in Chinese GAAP and China tax law
· 準確、有效地為多個客戶用英文獨立編制會計憑證，記賬及財務報表，
Independently prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial statements in English in a timely, accurate & efficient manner for multiple clients (Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises / Representative Offices)
· 為客戶提供可靠的會計，稅務及相關報告
Provide reliable information relating to accounting & tax compliance and
reporting package upon Clients’ request

· 良好的中英文口語及寫作能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
· 能夠適應經常有時間期限性質的工作，靈活
Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
· 誠實可靠、工作細致，注重團隊合作精神，能夠有效的解決問題
Reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to

Familiar with office software and at least one type of financial software

教育背景 Educational Background
· 會計或稅務專業(yè)，學士或學士以上學位
Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation
經驗 Experience
· 有1-2年全資外商投資企業(yè)工作經驗或會計外包相關經驗
1-2 years full-time related working experiences in Wholly Owned Foreign
Invested Enterprises or an accounting outsourcing team in an
accounting/consulting firm or similar role experiences
